Our packages are customized to meet your individual needs. If you don't see a package that works for you, we'll create one!

Consulting (Hourly) Consulting can be done in person or via Zoom. I am available to answer questions, give professional assistance with your event planning or just be that listening ear.  Pricing starts at $40/ hour

Lady In Waiting (The Pampered Bride) $50/hour with a 4 hour minimum

Your wedding day is finally here! You need a stress free day and someone to see to all of your needs. This is usually when you start asking someone in your family or wedding party to help you. Problem is, they need to get ready too, and can't provide that undivided attention you need and deserve.This is when your Lady in Waiting steps in. This is a service that in centuries before, was reserved for "Royalty". Well guess what, this is your day and you deserve the "Royal Treatment" In the Royal Treatment package, you don't get a wedding coordinator, you get a bride coordinator. We are here for your needs alone. If you need us to hold your glass while you sip through a straw, to preserve your makeup, we do it with pleasure. We always travel with an extensive emergency kit as well. In essence, we are at your beck and call from the time you specify until you say our job is complete. 

Day Of Planning ( 6-8 weeks prior to your event date) : Starting at $1175

This package is for the couple that wants a professional coordinator to oversea the intricacies of their wedding day. In this package, we will meet with you to learn your desires for your wedding day. At this stage, you have already secured your venue and all vendors. We are here to make sure that everything runs smoothly while you prepare for your moment in the spotlight. Our meeting will address all needs and concerns. We will establish a wedding day time line. We will be there to meet with your vendors and venue to insure a smooth ceremony and reception. We provide a complimentary emergency kit and gift basket for the bridal party.  If needed, we can provide additional staff to assist. Our job is to be your voice that day, so that you can relax and concentrate on saying I DO!

This package is being offered for a limited time price of $1175. Additional fees may apply. Package includes rehearsal with one coordinator and assistant.  If additional staff is needed due to event size (over 130 guest), there is a $100 fee per additional assistant. This package does not include any decor setup or floral designs. Please inquire about add on prices.

Event Decor and Design starting at $700 ( Prices are for service only. Rental and decor items are separate)

In this package, we will assist with locating all the decor vendors you need. We can also customize original pieces for your event. Everything from custom centerpieces to room and lobby decor. We can decorate churches and private residences, No two events are the same so we will customize a package tailor made for you! Prices vary depending on event size and theme.

All packages require a non refundable deposit to hold your date! This deposit will be deducted from your final bill. We only book one event per day to make sure your event gets our undivided attention. Payments can be made via cash app, money order, cashiers check, credit card or cash.
